I have had a two-day Mother’s Day; talked to Chris on each day! The Rose Garden will be here when you get back – maybe a few blooms in November, I don’t know… I don’t get my face; I wish I had had facial hair so I could have had the other mask, too. Anyway, it was a wonderful tour – I think Scharffenberger’s has been bought by Hershey’s and is no longer in Berkeley:( But there is chocolate to be had other places: Swanton Berry Farm brownies, Starbucks hot chocolate, See’s samples (I hate to admit it, but I have occasionally gone in to buy something small so I could have a sample – probably would have been cheaper to just buy one piece of chocolate).
I have eaten part of my South African chocolate bar which arrived unbroken – spectacular mainly because it was bought by Chris for Mom’s Day. You are a wonderful son – Love, Mom
